Description:
Show active users and who is online on your web pages without global.asa.

After a lot of requests from the users I make available the active users system currently used on this web site.
You can see it at work near the top left corner of this page. Just click on "Users online:"
Starting from an article of Josh Painter on how to use application variables instead of global.asa and database to hold active users, I have modified the script adding the display on demand of who is online in real time, with some additional useful informations about visitors, like whois, country and visited page.
